Hi Friends,
Hope u re doing fine in this winter .. Here i am, again to discuss something about programming yourselves to win yourselves, out of troubles.
To be hale and healthy, is everyone's desire.. but how? That is the only question which really matters here.
Its quite simple.. Jus close yur eyes, screen yourself about your own food habits.. hw much do u eat a day.. how do u eat it? Is it balanced? Is it good for health? Does it increase the fat level? so and so.. a lotta questions to be asked. But even widout these, i can easily say.. Yes, U always over-eat.. Your food intake is never balanced, or rarely so. U never let ur stomach to take rest. so. let this problem be aside.
The next one.. hw many ppl seem to b relaxed in problems? Not even one? yeah. Its a bloody human-thing to have problems. But, its insane that you worry for those, instead of taking your time to solve it out. in fact, what we assume to be as problems, are not at all problems! We make a silly litle thing as much as complicated, we can, and unnecessarily worry for that action. Jus think, how many of U are ready to face problems? many would say no.. yeah, as and usual.. everyone wants to go to heaven, but no one wants to die! ok.. this prob aside!
The next one.. Self Confidence and the Concentration power. Its not that u lack both, as u consider, my dear friend, whilst, you have to improve it still.. What if i know hw much concentration/self confidence i have? worried about this question? Don worry.. These doesn have any limits. It just gets to go with U as long as u re behind it. Its not to how much U start with.. Its how much u end up with!
Ok now, answering these three questions,
The only thing you are to do s convince yur mind/ yourself wid wat u want it to be with!
Folow these :
1. On your bed, before going to sleep, stretch your arms and legs and relax the muscles of yur body.. Remember, u re getting ready to tune yur brain.
2. Let the envi be relaxed and calm.. put ur mobile in silent mode, so that it wont disturb u in d middle. realx yourselves...
3. you are going to programme yur mind and fall asleep as soon as it is over!
4. repeat the following phrases 5-10 times in a session. Do have in mind to use 'present tense', rather than past or future tense.. U can always frame ur own sentence. But do memorise it, cos it wont be so much effective, if U keep on changing the phrases in each session.
5. As much as possible, avoid using negative words like dont, no etc.,

1. "I am getting control over myself to my food habits. I take wat is required for my body, to keep it hale and healthy. Day by day, I am getting better and better in my appetite. I take what is req for me, and just what is required. my health condition is improving drastically day by day, and am able to feel the difference within me."
2. "I am going more and more versatile in handling problems. I am learning to avoid problems, rather than solving them. The number of problems i face a day is getting down drastically, day by day. I am not afraid of problems, but preparing myself to solve them out with more and more concentration!"
3. "I am getting better day by day. My concentration pwr and self-confidence, is increasing day by day. I am able to concentrate on various things, at any moment, and solve it out easily. My memory power is increasing vastly day by day. I am able to remember lot of telephone nos and other info's, without any help!"

To increase concentration power, here s a simple physical exercise. draw a circle in a paper or a wall. keep it at a distance and gaze its center, not so very roughly, which would lead to aches in your eyes. Try not to blink yur eyes and stare at the centre.. concentrating the centre alone!
